Today we have a 1961 view looking east on Katella Ave. in Anaheim, near the Santa Ana River. It's amazing how recently this part of Orange County was still "out in the boonies."A "Western Hoedown," with music, dancing and barbecue, will be held Oct. 11, 4-9pm, at the Las Flores Adobe to raise funds for the Camp Pendleton Historical Society.
