Real estate agent Dena Van Slyke has a Historic Home Owners Coffee Club for the San Clemente area. They meet every "two or three months to share cake and contractor stories. Each time we hold the party at a different historic property so we can take a tour and see what others have done." It sounds like they've had some interesting speakers, too.And let's face it,... Anyone who tackles the restoration of a historic home is going to need a support group eventually.
